Indian Necklace #00121

     This is a very lovely necklace set. For those that don't want an over bearing squash blossom necklace, yet want a piece that highlight an outfit you like, this is a great size. Stamped on back sterling an "J", as an initial of silversmith/ maker.  Pawn jewelry, but not really old, since this design is still being made.

     Each bear paw has a nice shade of blue turquoise stone set into it, of what is called a shadow box, (inset whereas blacken with a form of acid to turn the silver black). The top is slightly convex/ bowed with each little claw, being cut out. The size you could say, that the side ones could sit on a dime, whereas the large one could sit on a quarter.

     On the large bear paw in the center of the necklace has a feather hanging down. And the necklace is finished with the Indian style/ design chain with spring clasp.

     The earrings are stud earrings with the same as the center/ pendant in size & design, then two feathers hang down from them. The earrings by themselves are great to dress up those casual clothes of ours.

Measurements;  Necklace is approx. 22" long, the center & feather together,  hang down approx. 1-7/8". The ear rings hang approx. 2-3/8" long.
