SOLD / Gold Plated Hat Pins The 3 shown on this page are all gold plated, (G.P.) head hat pins. There are reproduction broach numbers shown on each hat pin to use as an examples /ideas that they could go with, other ones you'd have to go to the reproduction broach site to see. Although, they were not bought that way. They could be worn with any color, since several women of the 1800's only own one are two for their dresses. They're all approx. 8" long and come with a clutch, rather you use it are not. A. SOLD /This hat pin can go with anything white, lavender, purple and/ or pink, and with some shades of blue. From top down we start with a G.P. bead, which 3 more will follow, a old filigree brass with antiqued blacken bead cap, a white Czech glass teardrop bead, a what is called a Czech opal pink bead, followed by a clear lavender with a copper shiny swirl odd shape glass bead and finished off with of course G.P bead. The opal pink glass bead looks like a clouded pink, very unusual color. The top measures 1-3/4" long. #00159 broach. $ 9.00 B. SOLD/ This one is the most decorated hat pin on this page. It would go with any of the G.P. or brass Wedgwood pendants/ pins, or just blue and white day dresses . Great for those spring and/ or summer dresses. Nice fancy hat pin to go with everything. At the top down, we start with a G.P. bead, to be followed with 4 more. A G.P. bead cap, vintage white glass flower style bead, then a frosted blue Czech glass bead. The next step was a repeat, as you can tell from the picture. The top measures 1-5/8" long. # 00132 broach. $ 11.00 C. SOLD - The third one to your right is as follows, a G.P. bead, with 3 more to follow. A white glass teardrop bead, opal pink glass, and another white teardrop bead to finish it off with.
