$9.99 Pair of Hair Sticks /or Hair Ornaments Theses have multi uses. Starting with hair ornaments being worn in a bun, crock screw or what ever design you wear your hair up in. They can be worn for day or evening. They can be used by putting one thru your snood, and if you have a loose weave straw hat, as a hat pin. They can also be worn together or if you just wish one can be worn. I think they are made of bamboo or some type of reed plant/ wood, with a weave up a portion of them. They are heavy lacquered for smoothness and which this allows no snagging or heavy point to prick yourself with. The tall one on the left is approx. 8-3/4" long/ tall and is made of lighter color wood. The top has a brass end that has a link chain coming down, followed by one light blue tear drop shape glass bead, a small round very light pink color glass bead, a tiny amethyst glass bead, pink round, then an oblong 2 sided light to medium blue etch glass bead and ending in a round flat sided opaque white swirl glass bead. The hanging part is approx. 3-7/8" long. The second one, being the shorter and the darker one is approx. 6-3/8" long /tall. The top has a brass end with a brass link chain hanging down with a round convex oval vintage light pink glass crises-cross design bead, a vintage white glass swirl, this is followed by a vintage dusty rose twisted glass bead and finished off with a small amethyst glass bead. The hanging part is approx. 3-1/2" long. |
